List of work done on her recently (2018)
- Brand new main battery
- New front brakes
- New muffler
- New fuel pump
- Full tune-up
- Rear differential fluid
- New alternator
The interior is freshly painted, the original flooring has been replaced with vinyl. Both front seats are captains chairs and can swivel 360 degrees. There is a fairly new CO detector that is good for another 3 years. Fire extinguisher is fairly new and good for a few years. All the propane appliances work great. Lots of space inside (I am over 6 ft and can stand up inside).
The issues:
- Water pump is burnt out (toilet and sink work when hooked up to water supply)
- Seals on the roof are ok for now but will need to be re done before the fall
- Gas gauge for front gas tank does not work (there are 2 gas tanks)
- She has an intermittent idling/stalling problem. In order for her to be a reliable daily driver, this would have to be looked at.
NOT SUITABLE FOR LONG DRIVES UNTIL THE STALLING ISSUE HAS BEEN DIAGNOSED
We lived in this beauty for 2 years in Vancouver and she never let us down as a home. She works best when parked with an available power plug in. If we had property to park her on we would keep her. Put her up on AirBNB and make some money!
Currently located in Surrey, BC but we are open to bringing her out to the island for a viewing if there is enough interest.
